20th Diploma Awarding Ceremony -2025

Please read following instructions before applying to the convocation.

  1. If you have completed all the requirements to award diploma (course work/semester exams, in-plant training and viva) by the academic year 2022, you are eligible to apply to this convocation as “In Person” applicant.

         If you have completed the requirements to award diploma (course work/semester exams, in-plant training and viva) before the academic year 2022, you have to apply to             the convocation as “In Absentia” applicant.

  1. You are eligible to apply this convocation only if you have completed all the above requirements (course work/semester exams, in-plant training and viva) on or before 31st of October 2024.
  2. You have to fill following documents,
    1. DC 1 application
    2. Application form given from ATI, Dehiwala.
    3. Application to apply the Academic Transcript (if you have not taken the academic transcript yet.)
    4. If you have already taken the Academic Transcript, attach a copy of it.
  3. Deposit the due amount to the relevant bank and attach the bank slip to your convocation application. Please note that online payments will not be accepted.
  4. Hand over your duly filled applications to the library of ATI, Dehiwala and keep your signature in the relevant record book.
  5. It is compulsory to fill the Google sheet very carefully and with correct spelling through following link. If you have not filled the google sheet correctly and accurately, your name will not be included to the diploma eligible list. If you have encountered any issue when you filling the google sheet, send an email to atidehiwala.exam@gmail.com and inform the issue.
